To all Toy Aussie Enthusiasts:

After many years of dedication, endless hours of research and driving passion for our breed by Ruth Vanderhoof and the founding Board of Directors who started this organization; TASAA is now poised as the primary advocacy for the Toy Australian Shepherd. It is my opinion that this breed would not be what it is today if not for the efforts of the founders of this organization.

As president, I set my goals high to continue the efforts of our organization as being a voice for the Toy Australian Shepherd.
I pledge to work with conviction to improve our breed by maintaining a strong organization where breeders can join together for the betterment of the breed. I bring to this organization a campaign to educate the countless Toy Aussie enthusiasts hungry for more information about our breed through our TASAA Toy Talk Newsletter and through our established Breed Standard.

2006/2007 are major years of growth for us as we focus on being a vibrant and compelling club with much to offer to all Toy Aussie enthusiasts; both breeders and pet owners alike. Our membership is quickly growing with members spread from coast to coast across the United States and also Australia.

Thanks to the time and effort put forward by many I am proud to announce the  American Stock Dog Registry has become the official registry of the Toy Australian Shepherd. I encourage all Toy Aussie owners to register your dogs with the American Stock Dog Registry.  I also ask that you support our breed with your membership to TASAA so that we can continue our growing efforts to insure that the Toy Australian Shepherd has an active voice in the canine community.

If you have any questions or comments about TASAA please feel free to contact me any time at shaykett@bevcomm.net

I welcome the chance to visit with you.

Sincerely,

Cindy Shaykett
